The Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth, Talent Search 2014, is currently accepting registrations for the SAT (or ACT). The purpose of the Talent Search is to identify and assess the academic abilities of highly able students. To qualify for the Talent Search, a student must have scored in the Advanced Proficient level (250 and above in the English Language Arts or Mathematics) on the 2014 NJ ASK. The decision to participate is strictly up to each studentís parent/guardian and this program does not have any impact on academic placement at the middle school level, nor is it an endorsement of Johns Hopkins University.
